Geek Logic Support provides residential and small business IT support services including but not limited to computer repair, virus removal, network setup, data recovery, and general tech support. Services are provided in the Coachella Valley and Inland Empire areas of Southern California, as well as remotely.

2. Service Appointments

  • All service appointments are subject to technician availability.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within any agreed time window.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before a scheduled appointment.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
  • Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed before work begins.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we make every effort to resolve your tech issues, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in all situations. Some problems may be beyond repair or may require manufacturer service. We will always communicate honestly about what is and is not possible.

5. Data Responsibility

We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service. Geek Logic Support is not responsible for data loss that occurs during repair or service. We will always ask your permission before performing actions that could affect your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Geek Logic Support's liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
